By accessing or using the Narula Bakery website and ordering platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.

Ordering & Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Since our bakery products are handcrafted and made fresh daily, we may occasionally run out of certain items or ingredients. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity of any product or refuse service to anyone.

For custom cake orders, design details, flavors, and sizes must be finalized at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. We do our best to match reference designs, but minor artistic variations may occur as each cake is custom made.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without notice. Delivery charges and applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

We accept payments through integrated UPI, credit/debit cards, and popular net banking options. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and account information for all purchases.

User Conduct & Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and restricting unauthorized access. You agree to notify us immediately of any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Narula Bakery and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
